how can we improve our Battle skill? In at least two ways: Attend The Military Academy (it's in the Rules, under 15. Regiments) "If a commander obtains a better battle result than their immediate superior’s, their Battle skill gets a permanent +1." (my emphasis) Excellent! Thank you:)
