Dear all,

It’s with a sad heart I have to tell you that I will no longer be running this game. I’ve run it for more than 40 turns in almost three years, but I can no longer muster the energy to continue.

It’s been really fun. I’m very grateful I’ve had so many great players creating fantastic storylines and events. I really wish it wasn’t so hard to moderate, because I’d really like to see where it would take us.

I will probably return to Glorantha soon, but as a ttrpg campaign, and without the stuff I’ve added in Boldhome Heroes to make it work with the En Garde! rules.

Sacred Time looms, anyone up for a Hero Quest?

My fellow Boldhomians,

We're only a few seasons away from Sacred Time and thoughts cannot but turn to displays of our affection & loyalty to the Gods we serve and revere, how can we, mere mortals, demonstrate our devotion more than participating in a full on Hero Quest!

Unfortunately, being somewhat lowly in cult status I am unable to initiate an actual Hero Quest BUT I can sign up to one! I, thus, call upon all those Rune Lords etc out there to see which one is fine enough to heed the call, to lead the call and act as Leader for those of us who will rally to the challenge. It's not for me to preach what actual Hero Quest we attempt however...... :D ......I've heard that The Blue Boar is a fairly decent one to undertake and it's reward, from the Gods, is not to be dismissed.

I plan to offer to lead a Heroquest during Sacred Time. My preference would be for either the Hill of Gold or else the Lightbringers Quest to beg the Gods to bring our friend Fionn back to us.
