Can Initiates (or higher) of Chalana Arroy refuse a challenge from the King's Champion without being disgraced? Should the Champion suffer a penalty for challenging a cultist of Chalana Arroy?

That feels like a judgment call based on the reason for the challenge, possibly with a vote as we saw before. It seems unlikely to be a common enough occurrence (even considering Broar) that it needs enshrining in rules.

Well said, an unnecessary rule addition in my opinion. Shenanigans afoot, methinks!

P.S Oiy, what's this about (even considering Broar) business?!

What.....moi....as if! A player could start to feel a persecution complex starting, his amiable, peace loving character coming in for such cynicism!
