Given that all the shops and inns are closed for sacred time, are there any limitations on conspicuous consumption?

I suggest that anyone with surplus cash give a banquet for the beggars of Boldhome. It should have the same effect as ConCon.
Fionn the dagger, soldier and scholar (Warlord and Loremaster).
