Appointments
You can't apply for a military appointment outside of your current place in the campaign organisation. For example: if your regiment is not part of the 1st Division, you can't apply for the appointment as 1st Division Commander.

Division Commander: 1st Division. Anyone applying for 1st Division Commander may conditionally appoint their Aide.

Trickster's Summer Feast

Elusu the Clown hosts the Trickster's Summer Feast at Clown Tower in week 2. In addition to the normal rules for court attendance and royal feasts, the following applies:

All members of the cult of Eurmal are invited. Anyone showing up in a costume (clown (black-and-white stripes, red mouth etc) or scarecrow (any enemy, worldy or mythological)) will be made lay members of Eurmal during the feast.

Partying Wild is mandatory, cost is covered by the host.

Performances will take place throughout the feast, and participants are welcome (see Games in the Court Activities rules).

I am not an expert on the cult of Issaries, but I believe they require you to have been in your current rank for some 3 months before they will consider you for promotion. Although I personally feel you would make (and will make) an excellent Runelord.

The problem you have is the restriction that these 'standard' cults place upon their members, I think you'll find there is a 3 month wait period before you can apply.

HOWEVER....no such draconian rules exist with Cult Broar the Benevolent and if you'd care to apply to us for a Rune Lord post I believe that can be accommodated for an exceedingly reasonable price and you can soon be using the prestigious title of Rune Lord quite legally in Boldhome.
