The current rules for PC Academy teachers have a small hole, which Quatlu has unerringly identified.

If a student has Battle 6 (any lower and a PC teacher is not needed), presumably 6 two-week courses are needed, and the PC must have a Battle of at least 7. Does that teacher (or another with Battle 7) have to teach all 12 weeks? One week of each course, not necessarily the first? Or just the first of the 12 weeks, which is when the fees are paid?

The teacher can teach any week of a student's course. It doesn't matter.
