Rules on City Lawspeaker, trials, witnesses etc have been adjusted to work together.
Addition: If no evidence is provided when reporting someone to the City Lawspeaker and/or the Deputy of Public Harmony, they will order an arrest on 7+ on 1D6. (The motivation for this is that we can’t have a situation where there is a 50% chance of arrest just for being accused of something.)
