The Front

The Balkoth Tribal Levy received orders to defend Bagnot, tasked with safeguarding the settlement from potential threats. Despite their efforts, the outcome of the defense remained inconclusive. While some defensive installations were damaged, there was no significant enemy assault to contend with. Through the tumultuous events, Warrior Varadan emerged unscathed, surviving the ordeal with valor and resilience.

((It's been pointed out to me that the noble Serbitar encountered Erik and Quatlu (both non-nobles with CHA 4+ than him) at the temple of Orlanth in week 2. This means instant duels, so please hold out for the duel reports, and possible changes in weeks 3-4.))

Week 2: Duels at the Temple of Orlanth

The noble Serbitar challenged both Erik and Quatlu to duel, in defense of his noble status, starting with Erik.

Erik was the obvious favorite, larger, stronger, and better skilled. Armed with his spear he took the initiative against Serbitar who was armed with a broadsword, immediately giving him a deep, but non-crippling, wound. Serbitar surrendered.

Despite his deep wound, Serbitar insisted on duelling Quatlu as well. The outcome of this fight was not as easy to predict, but Serbitar was already wounded. Quatlu did still wear a bandage from his last duel, but it wasn’t dripping blood as Serbitar’s.

Serbitar took the initiative and landed a hit, drawing first blood. Quatlu immediately surrendered.
