Captain of Mularik's Escort Arynn (D) will appoint Troopers, Mularik’s Escort.

Deputy of Public Harmony Insterda (Balm) will appoint the King’s Executioner.

Tarkala's Spring Feast

In the first week of Early Sea Season (1631 - 2), Tarkala the Lover holds her Love Feast at Sartar's Palace.

Those who can normally attend court are welcome, but have received no personal invitation. Tarkala has sent personal invitations to all lovers in the lovers' table.

All invited and all titled characters are obliged to attend if in Boldhome. Failure to attend will cost their CHA in CPs. Additionally, there is a 1 in 6 risk it will end any appointment they may have.

NPC lovers will be happy to invite their current lover. PCs may invite anyone they choose.

New Court attire will be required, costing 2xCHA in Lunars with a minimum of 20 Lunars (wealthy lovers will provide their own, but will not furnish same for their PC lover. Other lovers will expect their PC lover to provide for them).

Carousing is mandatory and will be covered by the hostess. Partying Wild is possible, and will also be covered by the hostess.

Attendees will get 1CP for attending Court, 1 CP for attending the Feast, 1 CP for carousing (and possible 1 CP for Partying Wild) and (half the difference between the CHA level of the Sartar's Palace (25) and their own CHA) CPs.

Attendees of CHA 10+ will, in addition, get CPs equaling one third of the difference between their CHA and that of Tarkala (25).

All attendees have a chance to be noticed by Tarkala.

Announcement: Warlord Quatlu Carasilson announces his intention to apply for the position of 3rd Army Adjutant with General Jartip Senkalethson.

Announcement: As the newest Assistant Rune Priest of Orlanth, Quatlu Carasilson wishes to demonstrate his ardent devotion through an act of piety to his god and the Great Temple. He petitions the Priest coordinating the worship ceremonies that he might be permitted to lead his first ceremony this month in Week Three. He will bring his beloved Darra Ulisdaughter to the ceremony and invites his close friends, all Sword Brothers or Sword Sisters, to attend and support him in this first ceremony. May the favor and blessings of Orlanth be upon us all.

Announcement: An attempt will be made at the outset of this season at the Great Temple to conduct a successful prayer vigil and make an offering to Orlanth to persuade our god to return Initiate Julian Sartarvutson to the Surface World from the Hero Plane. We invite any and all worshipers to join us in this Prayer of Return, and we gratefully accept any and all donations toward this holy offering, to be applied toward the success of the prayers. Thus far, Assistant Priest Quatlu and Wind Lord Erik have each pledged to contribute 500 Lunars, Assistant Rune Lords Baroness Ivareena and Baron Rufus, as well as God Talker Afur have all pledged another 200 Lunars each. Let us not abandon Sword Brother and Initiate Julian Sartarvutson to existence on the Hero Plane. Praise Orlanth!

Announcement: Petition to High Priestess Teganeth of Orlanth – Assistant Priest Quatlu Carasilson petitions the High Priestess to humbly request that the cult of Orlanth contribute to the offering for the Prayer of Return of our our Sword Brother, Julian Sartarvutson, who currently still remains on the Hero Plane following the recent Hero Quest. He is a loyal and pious worshipper of Orlanth, an Initiate who is a regular worshipper in the Great Temple. Such a contribution would be gratefully received and appreciated by your servants, Assistant Priest Quatlu, Wind Lord Erik, Assistant Rune Lord Baroness Ivareena, and God Talker Afur. He also announces his intention to apply for the position of Ten-Thane in the Free Philosophers Regiment and notes that it is currently without a Regimental Adjutant so he'd love to apply for that too! (OOC - Yes, I know that I don't have to actually announce this as the permission for me to join is granted by Fionn, as the Regiment's Warlord but...hey....there's nothing else I can apply for and what with so many of you going for things I felt a little left out.....it's lonely down here at the bottom of the CHA table you know!)
