1632 - 2 (Early Sea) - Appointments etc

King Argrath (Co) will consider Erik and Quatlu for titles.
All tribal levies and volunteers will be sent to the Lunar front.
Warking Jarnaris (Balm) may substitute one regiment for the summer campaign.
High Priest Kenoth (Tor) of Lhankor Mhy will appoint the Master of the Military Academy.
The army commanders will appoint
All brigadiers will appoint their Brigade-thanes.
Captain of the King's Homeguard Eoam (K) will appoint Troopers, Rex’s Homeguard.
Captain of Mularik's Escort Arynn (D) will appoint Troopers, Mularik’s Escort.
Deputy of Public Harmony Insterda (Balm) will appoint the King’s Executioner.
Tarkala's Spring Feast
In the first week of Early Sea Season (1631 - 2), Tarkala the Lover holds her Love Feast at Sartar's Palace.
Those who can normally attend court are welcome, but have received no personal invitation. Tarkala has sent personal invitations to all lovers in the lovers' table.
All invited and all titled characters are obliged to attend if in Boldhome. Failure to attend will cost their CHA in CPs. Additionally, there is a 1 in 6 risk it will end any appointment they may have.
NPC lovers will be happy to invite their current lover. PCs may invite anyone they choose.
New Court attire will be required, costing 2xCHA in Lunars with a minimum of 20 Lunars (wealthy lovers will provide their own, but will not furnish same for their PC lover. Other lovers will expect their PC lover to provide for them).
Carousing is mandatory and will be covered by the hostess. Partying Wild is possible, and will also be covered by the hostess.
Attendees will get 1CP for attending Court, 1 CP for attending the Feast, 1 CP for carousing (and possible 1 CP for Partying Wild) and (half the difference between the CHA level of the Sartar's Palace (25) and their own CHA) CPs.
Attendees of CHA 10+ will, in addition, get CPs equaling one third of the difference between their CHA and that of Tarkala (25).
All attendees have a chance to be noticed by Tarkala.
