News reached us here in Boldhome of the much lamented death of your husband, the gallant Grumbold.
He was a man who was a friend to many, a versatile individual skilled in both trade and warfare, able to easily adapt between either as well as holding his own when in attendance at official and royal events. His loss is felt by many, the city will be a poorer place without him and I will join with those returning from the Front in due course where I trust we will be able to arrange a fitting memorial.
Your husband was always a polite and kind man towards me, despite my lowly status upon arrival in Boldhome, the fact I come from a long line of latrine diggers, he treated me with warmth and friendship. It was only this very last season that I became an established customer at his business only to then hear of his rapid passing.
Such a loss, for any spouse, requires a period of mourning, the grief is raw and the time to lament is respected. In your particular situation, the joy and celebration of marriage has barely subsided, the excitement of a pregnancy has followed so it must be very hard to cope with such a tragic change. As a friend of Grumbold's I stand by to assist you in anyway that you may require it, simply send word to me of how I can be of help and I shall do my best to answer.

Dear all,
It’s with a sad heart I have to tell you that I will no longer be running this game. I’ve run it for more than 40 turns in almost three years, but I can no longer muster the energy to continue.
It’s been really fun. I’m very grateful I’ve had so many great players creating fantastic storylines and events. I really wish it wasn’t so hard to moderate, because I’d really like to see where it would take us.
I will probably return to Glorantha soon, but as a ttrpg campaign, and without the stuff I’ve added in Boldhome Heroes to make it work with the En Garde! rules.
