Grumbold announces his intention to become an initiate of Issaries

In earnest of this, he will be opening a small shop, Silk and Sapphires. It will specialise in trinkets, jewellery, fashionable garments and ornaments. Suitable as tokens of affection for your prospective paramour, ostentatious clothing to display your own knowledge of high fashion, or simply as a gift to send home to your family. After all, every mother wants their child to send them modestly priced but elegant gifts regularly, to show how much of a success they are making of themselves in Boldhome.

Jarrek petitions Warlord Senreneth Kalvathsdaughter, and failing that he will petition Hundred-Thane Harg Lisganison, to send Golgotti's Company to the front. Failing that he will continue to worry about the high cost of living.

Jarrek will also petition Warlord Eoth Henastsdaughter, on behalf of Rufus Bronzer, to take Mularik's company to the front.

Ondureen applies to become an Aide to a Lord or Lady.

Ondureen asks that one of the God Talkers at Babeester Gor resign. It seems they have become quite a pacifist and are considering joining Chalana Arroy.

If an opening is available Ondureen then seeks promotion from Initiate of Babeester Gor to God Talker.

Ondureen petitions Warlord Eoth Henastsdaughter to send Mularik's Company to the front.

Rufus Bronzer had ridden post haste and delivered the important messages from the front and now needed to return back to be in time to take part in any action that was being planned for the Late Earth campaigning season.

Just time to go past his regimental headquarters and respectfully request that the rest of the regiment join his battalion at the front.

Then, to support one of his fellow tribesmen, Jarrek, for Golgotti's Company to go as well. But who shoud he meet outside but Grumbold - a decent fellow who he had got on well previously. "Get ready to saddle up, my good Grumbold, for I am about to request your regiment join us at the front!". Grumbold looked shaken "Pray not so, for I have just ventured on a great commercial enterprise which will benefit the whole of this fair city. To go to the front at this time would cause me great sorrow - even though I am keen to serve my city and my King, now would be most inopportune!"

"But, Grumbold," replied Rufus "I have said I would aid my fellow tribesman Jarrek by making this request! I wish you well and do not mean to harm your enterprise"

"Then, Rufus Bronzer, I suggest that your regiment, Mularik's Company be sent instead of Goldgotti's Company for the time being and I will make that request of your warlord immediately"

Rufus was torn as to what to do. The good Grumbold looked so earnest that he gave way. "I will do as you wish Grumbold and not request Goldgotti's Company to go to the front, but I feel that I have not helped Jarrek and must make things better for him when fortune favours me! In the meantime I would be grateful for your intervention with my warlord for the rest of my regiment. With their presence, I believe we will be gloriously successful!"
