The other stall holders in the North Market could smell the enticing aromas from behind the closed curtains of Johannes' new stand. They knew he'd been cooking something, as the deliveries of wheat, dried meat, cheese, spices and vegetables suggested.

It was all coming together in a heady, fragrant and mouth-watering cloud of anticipation, when Johannes Arasikson pulled back the curtain and proudly announced "Yummy Hot Pizza" - a speciality of his home town - was now available to all! The queue grew as word spread and delighted customers came back again and again...
