Cult Ranks for Lovers Question

(To the GM) I was wondering if the lovers of player characters have various levels of cult rank beyond that of Laymembers?
No, they don't. They are all lay members.
If this is ever changed, it would probably be in conjunction with a major overhaul of lover, including the possibility of CHA changes due to player characters' actions etc.
