It has come to my attention that one of the Orlanthi Runelords, one Harvald Blackbreath, has been acting suspiciously. I believe he has been spying for the Lunars. It may well be that he is illuminated and secretly worships the Red Goddess.
Accordingly I ask Harvald to resign immediately!

Assistant Runelord Ivarenna announces that she is seeking promotion to Assistant Priest of Orlanth, and makes application to the relevant priest in the temple hierarchy.
She likewise announces that, should a vacancy arise, she is seeking promotion to Runelord of Orlanth, and makes application to the Chief Priest or High Priest as appropriate.

He will ask for a rune lord to vacate their position in the Boldhome temple of Orlanth to go on a cult mission - no doubt an important but very long time away from Boldhome.
