Whatever that means, the departed Broar Hofarson has communicated claims of being “King of the Broos”, or in other words a leader of Chaos-monsters. Brear is thus charged with aiding or consorting with Chaos.
In addition, he has become a lay member of the cult of Eurmal, thus breaking the minor Chalana Arroy cult taboo of promoting Disorder.
