Events

Week 3
In week 3 King Argrath invites to his Autumn Feast in Dunstop, Tarsh. (There is no travel time - you can go to Dunstop, party, and get back to Boldhome in one week)

All officers who served in the Summer Campaign, plus those usually eligible to attend Court, are invited, together with their lovers.

New Ball attire will be required, costing 2 x CHA in Lunars with a minimum of 20 Lunars (wealthy lovers will provide their own, but will not furnish same for their partner. Other lovers will expect their partner to provide for them).

Carousing is mandatory and will be covered by King Argrath.

Attendees will get 1CP for attending Court, 1 CP for attending the Feast, 1 CP for carousing and (half the difference between the CHA 25 of Sartar’s Palace and their own CHA) CPs. Attendees of CHA 24+ and those receiving titles will, in addition, get the opportunity to toady to the King (SL 30) (must as normally be specified in orders).

Fionn will receive the title of Baron, if he attends. If he's absent, he will forego the title.

Announcement: It is with joyous hearts that Warchief Quatlu Carasilson and fiancée Darra Ulisdaughter announce their wedding during the coming month in Week Two of Early Earth Season. In Week One, we will host a party at the Three Suns, and we extend cordial invitations for all events to 3rd Army Commander General Jartip Senkalethson, senior regimental colleagues Grumbold Rahlefson, Julian Sartarvutson and Kalist Anrobanson of the Royal Foot Guards, Drighten Erik Stargazer, Baroness Ivareena Hainasdaughter, Baron Rufus Bronzer of Mularik’s Company, Bvt Warchief Afur Brekalison, Bvt Warchief Fionn Skene, Lt. Warlord Harold Rastison, and the presiding clergyman, as well as their spouses or lovers as honored guests. No persons who are members of enemy regiments, tribes or cults may attend, and admittance will also be denied for nobles of less than 14 CHA and persons of less than CHA 10 in general. We will be holding the wedding in Week Two at the Temple of Orlanth, followed by a wedding breakfast and reception at the Three Suns.

Announcement: Bvt Warlord Quatlu Carasilson will apply for the position of Warlord of the Guards Brigade to fill that vacant post and provide leadership for the remainder of 1632.

[ooc to improve the dice roll on this, as I understand it, requires a level 6 favour in order to influence a priest. This seems quite high. If one was asking the priest to resign then level 6 seems about right. Appreciate that this might complicate the rules and indeed temple duties should be taken seriously.
