Erinestra surfaces from a long dose and discovers she's an assistant rune lord and immediatly applies to become a rune lord of Issaries.

I am not an expert on the cult of Issaries, but I believe they require you to have been in your current rank for some 3 months before they will consider you for promotion. Although I personally feel you would make (and will make) an excellent Runelord.

Hmm, this bureaucracy is soooo stifling, still it's good to know that there are members of the community paying attention (or at least more attention than I am paying).
